Police Conduct Massage Parlor Prostitution Sting; Make One Arrest

On November 26, the Paso Robles Police Department conducted an undercover operation of several massage businesses in Paso Robles suspected of engaging in prostitution. The operation was prompted by local business and citizen complaints of suspected illegal activity.
 
The goal of the undercover operation was to ensure that the massage employees were not engaged in prostitution, were state certified in massage therapy, had business licenseses, and the businesses were operating in sanitary conditions. At the conclusion of the undercover operation, EZ Massage, located at 603 12th Street, was ordered to cease business operations after an arrest was made of one of its employees for solicitation of prostitution.
