Glenn Marshall Appointed To Grover Beach City Council

Civil engineer Glenn Marshall is the new Grover Beach city council member. Marshall was appointed to fill in the vacancy left behind by Phyllis Molner who left her seat after two years because she no longer lives in the city.

Earlier this month, the council voted unanimously to appoint someone to the seat vacated by Molnar instead of holding a special election.
