The driver of a speeding car which killed a Paso Robles woman has been sentenced to 14 years in state prison. Twenty-nine-year-old Lanie Richardson was sentenced yesterday for a June 2012 accident in Montecito near Santa Barbara. Richardson was driving drunk with two women on the hood of his car. Twenty-six-year-old Allison Meadows, a 2003 graduate of Paso Robles High School, died at the scene. A 25-year-girl was seriously injured. Richardson pleaded guilty to gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
