Large Amount of Heroin Seized Based on Anonymous Tip

Yesterday, based on an anonymous tip, the Sheriff’s Office discovered approximately 230 grams of heroin located in a vehicle parked in the 2700 block of Cienaga Street in Oceano. Arrests Made in Murder of Javier Alcantar Limon

The California Highway Patrol said 22-year-old Tanner Mengore of Morro Bay was driving above the speed limit on the highway, just south of Villa Creek Road.
