City Council Awards Pay Raises


The San Luis Obispo City Council decided last night to give pay raises to two city administrators. City Manager Katie Lichtig currently earns a salary of $221,520, and with benefits she receives $313,031. She was awarded a $7,600 one-time bonus as well as a $450 monthly car allowance. Styrofoam to be Banned in SLO Restaurants


The San Luis Obispo City Council has voted to ban styrofoam boxes from local businesses and restaurants.
