Santa Maria police, with some embarrassment, are looking for 24-year-old Juan Coria Olayo, who slipped out of his handcuffs while he was unattended at the police station. 19-Year-Old Arrested In Connection With Beached Panga Boat Containing $4 million in Pot

Surf Beach Reopens After Forced Closure Do To Violations


Surf Beach at Vandenberg Air Force Base has been re-opened.  It closed on April 10th, after an increase in beach access violations during the Western Snowy Plover breeding season.
