Two People Injured In Crash On 154

Two people are injured after a car crash yesterday morning.  It happened on State Route-154, west of San Antonio Creek Road.  A Mitsubishi SUV traveled off the road, overturned and slid about 200 feet down an embankment. Local Businessman In Jail, Accused Of Fraud

A Cal Poly alum and prominent businessman remains in jail on accusations of securities fraud and embezzlement. 79-year-old Al Moriarty ran an insurance company out of Grover Beach.  He filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in January in Washington where he has a home now. Oceano Man Arrested In Connection With Stabbing

Santa Maria police, with some embarrassment, are looking for 24-year-old Juan Coria Olayo, who slipped out of his handcuffs while he was unattended at the police station. Police Arrest Second Fugitive Wanted In Carpinteria Car Chase
